RULES & REGULATIONS FOR TAKEN HELPING FUND

Read the following Rules & Regulations carefully before applying the "Helping Fund" in "Ray Of Hope".

1. In "Helping Fund" Rules & Regulations points are stated for "Ray Of Hope" NGO (Non-Government Organisation) addressed as "Trust" / "Organisation" and those Persons / People addressed as "I".

2. "Ray Of Hope" will arrange some small amount of the "Helping Fund" to those persons / people who are badly / seriously required for said Fund for a limited period. The Fund given is named as "Helping Fund" given from "Ray Of Hope". Without any genuine requirement, the Trust will never give the "Helping Fund" to those said persons/ people who are applying for the "Helping Fund" in "Ray Of Hope". And we will provide this "Helping Fund" to all those people who are currently earning money for themselves and their families members in a honest way.

3. As per "Ray Of Hope" Rules the concerned person / people who are taking the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope" will have to refund the exact "Helping Fund" amount which is approved within the prescribed period and if not return the said "Helping Fund" approved amount to "Ray Of Hope" which is taken by said person then "Ray Of Hope" will adopt legal steps against said person who have taken the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope", as because get return back said "Helping Fund", "Ray Of Hope" utilise the same given help to another below-low financial category of another persons / people who are badly / seriously required fund to run his / her life / livelihood / families or utilise for the Social Activities of Trust in order to make a Beautiful & Peaceful World.

4. Only Indian Citizens can apply for the "Helping Fund". This "Helping Fund" will be managed entirely Online only. For that's why a website has been created from "Ray Of Hope". And the official URL of this website is (rayofhope.co.in)

5. For taking the "Helping Fund" the age of those said persons / people who are applying shall be minimum 21+ and up to 50 years.

6. The "Helping Fund" applying amount is from Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand Rupees) to Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Rupees) only. And the tenure for refunding the "Helping Fund" is not more the 120 (One Hundred and Twenty) months.

7. The approved amount of "Helping Fund" is generated fully by computerised. There is no manual editing option for placed the approved amount of "Helping Fund". The approved amount of "Helping Fund" is calculated by age, monthly net income, dependent family member's etc.

8. Those persons / people who are applying for the "Helping Fund" must be under the below financial category in Trust noms. And also the said persons / people shall not Volunteer / Staff or any types of Member's in "Ray Of Hope".

9. Those persons / people who is taking the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope" should no be any job in Central / State / Government Undertaking / should and also shall not be associated with any kind of illegal money making and also any types of bad record for taking Loan in past from any Company / Sector / Bank and if so then said person who are applying will not be eligible for taking the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope".

10. All those persons who is apply / registered for "Helping Fund" in "Ray Of Hope" they must have Bank Account by own name (Singly or Jointly) for done E-Mandate because the "Helping Fund" will be credited to the said Bank Account and also the amount that will be refundable per month wise to "Ray Of Hope" from the same Bank Account will be deducted to to pay the "Helping Fund".

11. Those persons / people who are applying for the "Helping Fund" have to pay the Trust Convenience Fee & "Ray Of Hope" website Platform Charge of Rs.90/- (Ninety Rupees) only which is deduct from the said person's registered Bank Account which is tag when Registered for "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope" official website. After pay the Trust Convenience Fee & "Ray Of Hope" website Platform Change and done successfully registering after then the further process is done for "Helping Fund". This Convenience Fee & "Ray Of Hope" website Platform Change are not treated as a Donation.

12. "Ray Of Hope" are making registration for "Helping Fund". As after done 10 corer successful registration we calculate the exact approved amount of the "Helping Fund". Then after we approach the Donors' to Donate in "Ray Of Hope" for helping those persons / people who are badly / seriously required for funds to run his / her life / livelihood / families or utilise for the Social Activities of Trust in order to Make a Beautiful and Peaceful World. Because this "Helping Fund" is completely depends on Donation. That's why "Ray Of Hope" cannot gives any fixed / approximate time when will be able to provide the "Helping Fund". After arrange the total approved amount for "Helping Fund" by Donation then after there are so many process for given the "Helping Fund" to those persons / people who is apply for "Helping Fund" like a cross verification will be done by "Ray Of Hope". So those persons / people who are apply for "Helping Fund" in "Ray Of Hope", accept this Rules & Regulations then after if he / she is interested for applying or registering for "Helping Fund" then after he / she can apply / register for "Helping Fund" in "Ray Of Hope" official website.

13. After " Ray Of Hope" get arrange the exact approved amount of the "Helping Fund" from Donors' then after the Inspection / Verification / Survey will be start from "Ray Of Hope". This full Inspection / Verification / Survey process will be done by "Ray Of Hope" authorised Members'. When the Verification / Survey / Inspection is done fully successful from "Ray Of Hope" then a internal discuss / meeting be done such matter with Executive Body Member of "Ray Of Hope" regarding either the requirement is authentic, genuine and positive and if it is understood to be authentic and genuine requirement, if then Executive Body Member of "Ray Of Hope" is satisfied and match the criteria for taken the "Helping Fund" then an Agreement done with "Ray Of Hope" before disbursement the "Helping Fund" who are eligible for getting the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope".

14. After getting this "Helping Fund" of "Ray Of Hope" shall not be utilised for any Anti-Social / Immoral works. "Ray of Hope" do not support any types of Black Money, Matrix Plan, MLM Plan, Chain System Plan, Money Marketing, Lottery, Business, Networking Business etc. If "Ray Of Hope" identified for any types of illegal works done after taking the "Helping Fund" then "Ray Of Hope" can take legal action on said person. After getting this "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope" shall be utilised only for Education & Medical purpose.

15. Any person who is apply for "Helping Fund" from our Trust and follow our above Trust's Rules & Regulations then it will be rejected when survey is done by "Ray Of Hope" and no can be claim on "Ray Of Hope".

16. Each and Every Time I stand with "Ray Of Hope", I am with "Ray Of Hope" and I shall be with "Ray Of Hope".

17. "Ray Of Hope" can Change / Modify the Points of Rules & Regulations or Addition / Alteration of Objective in future at any time. All information gets from "Ray Of Hope" time to time.

18. Those persons / people who are getting the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope" they must abide by the Rules & Regulations in future. If any said persons / people are not abide the Rules & Regulations then "Ray Of Hope" shall have the right to take the legal step against that said persons / people.

19. On understanding the Rules & Regulations of "Ray Of Hope" then I agree to apply for the "Helping Fund" from "Ray Of Hope". I read all the Points which are mentioned in the above and I understand it then I accept all Rules & Regulations which are decided & implemented by "Ray Of Hope". And I follow all the Rules & Regulations which are instructed by "Ray Of Hope" on being understanding contents in "Ray Of Hope" "Helping Fund" Rules & Regulations with sound, health and mind except any influence.

20. According to this Rules & Regulations of "Ray Of Hope" which is mentioned in above, if any persons / people who is applying for "Helping Fund" getting from "Ray Of Hope", if he / she accepts said Rules & Regulations then said acceptance shall be stand 100% (Hundred Percent) legal valid.
